The Organizational Studies Honors Plan (OSHC) is designed to enable advanced undergraduate students to gain experience in the design, conduct, and analysis of research on organizations and organizational behavior. In the program, the Honors student will collaborate directly with a faculty mentor to complete an original research project.

The MO group is highly interdisciplinary, with many faculty members holding joint appointments in areas such as Psychology, Sociology, Education, Natural Resources, and Organizational Studies. Our faculty helps shape the field through editorial board memberships in its most prestigious journals and through professional associations.
